Kowboy, sorry, your post is full of absolute lies and can not be tolerated. It is very rare for me to quote something from personal e-mail but when it comes to protecting the interests at the public at large I have no choice. Last night I politely suggested to your wife that you contact the Vancouver Stock Exchange to verify for yourself that Mr. Gerald E. Sklar was not only convicted but put on the "undesirable individuals" list and given a sentence of permanent expulsion. This is as bad as it gets.
She wrote:
About calling Canada....to be honest it's on his To Do List. We have children and a life outside of the stock arena, so that does take some priority. He has not refused, just hasn't done so yet. Big difference I believe.
While I commend you for apparently being a good father, and while I think being a good parent is far and away more important than being a good investor, I think you owe all your "followers" out there a few minutes of you time to call the VSE today and hear the TRUTH for yourself.
Now, moving on, you also state:
To date, the ONLY thing that I have found or has been brought to my attention that could possibly be considered a "concern" about Mr. Sklar happened over a decade ago and even that event was evidently not important enough for him to be convicted of anything.
Are you insane? There's a printed verifiable record you can reference. And it wasn't some slap on the wrist, it was three years. And it wasn't over a decade ago, the suspension went from '89-'92. And it wasn't his first time nor his last time.
The commission found Sklar's behaviour to be prejudicial to the public interest and ordered the removal of his trading exemptions for three years. Sklar is also prohibited from acting as a director or officer of a public company for three years and will be required to pay costs of the hearing.

As for ABFG doing what they said:
1. They have NO properties in Madagascar. Zippo. Nada. Zilch. I even posted the document number for you to verify for yourself. Did you do that? No, you did not.
2. Did they have a dinner or a meeting at the White House? No, they did not.
3. Did they have a meeting with VP Gore to discuss ABFG getting all mining rights to Madagascar and to discuss an endorsement? No, they did not.
4. Did they alter images on their web site to fool and mislead people that they had mining equipment? Yes they did.
5. When filing their Form 15c21-1 with the SEC, did they use photos of mining equipment and reference data taken from an old Riosun prospectus done by consultant Ronald Stokes? Yes they did.
I could go on but you get the picture. You are deceiving people whether you mean to or not. Based on what I now see in the referenced post, it is my belief you are willingly and knowingly deceiving people. You are put on notice that if you wish to claim to speak for ABFG you'd better get your facts straight and quick.
