Oh, and the SyQuest purchase (which might take a one-time write-down?).

Silly me, I had already assumed they had taken a special charge for for the Syquest purchase in Q1 and accounted for it when I estimated Q1 1999 results. Now I guess I have to allow for it again in Q2 and that's about $0.033 per share.
