RE: AT&T/ Media One/ Comcast and MICROSOFT. IMHO the AT&T and Media One deal is not going to happen. Microsoft which has investments in Comcast might provide them with the additional funding needed to buy Media One. MSFT would not want AT&T to control the set top box potential growht along with cable access. I have a feeling Microsoft is going to join in this party!!!!!
