Ben, thanks for the info! I missed that article, but I'll check it in the library (glutton for punishment). At this point, news about VW is something like a splash of rubbing alcohol on an open wound. I'm trying to figure the math on how long it takes for a solid money market fund to make my 30%+ loss back. Not good at math, which can be comforting in certain situations. Lindner Small Cap, a new fund seems safe-ish, comparitively, with Lindner reputation behind it. Peewee NAV keeps the flucuations in check--it's all relative.
