I am sure that its in the plans. However, I would also imagine that the internet traffic from LA to NYC alone would equal what goes between Europe and USA. So why lay another cable anytime soon when you already have GBLX you can lease space on and eventually LVLT. If a glut will occur in the near term, I think it would be trans oceanic.
