On the conf. call CFO said EPS was 8 cents (x/one-time items).

Hope this clears up everything for everyone here.

In my opinion, management should not have stated EPS the way they did in the press release. They should have stated it w/out the gain on equipment sale (the $14.9m above). Bottom line, on the conf call CFO said 8 cents, and street's worked-over numbers range between 7 and 8 cents. Management sucks, they knew this would cause confusion for the public (threads such as this one on SI) but wanted the press release to look good at 17 cents.
