Actually, this whole promotion involved Jack Frost too. Because without him they could never have planned drill holes on the ice that melted too early anyway. I think you should call the OSC, PDA, GAC, TSE, and even Mike Harris' office in North Bay and let them know that you think Wayne O'Connor used a competitive advantage called "winter" to run a drill program and that this should be illegal. You're right, I think they should fly in a barge and drill it in summer. Better yet, build a factory in Atikokan (jobs!), build a barge, and then build a big helicopter to fly it into the property and then drill it. With what, say 4 holes?
