Hi, Rob: If I hang on till the deal is finalized I'll have long-term gains in most of the shares. I am thinking of selling off the number of shares that might be short-term anyway, and keeping those that will be long term if I wait for the deal to be culminated. You do make a good point about selling out now. It is a matter of a point or less do do that. I don't think I could sell out for just a half point difference right now, though I could have at the open on Friday! The companies seem pretty much set on this deal so I would be surprised if it didn't go through, but as you point out, we don't know everything and it could go awry. Linda
