TsioKawe, The filing that FNTN is doing at present is an SB-2a filing. The SB-2 was filed about 1 1/2 months ago. The SEC reviewed it and made comments on it back to the company. The present filing (SB-2a) is to address the comments received back and also to make any amendments if they wish to do so. This Sb-2a hopefully will be filed by now for which we are watching Edgar to confirm. I hope this will help answer your question. Dan
