By looking at COMS's bid of $33, shouldnt the bid for USRX be at least $57.75 (based on 33 * 1.75 share ratio)?! But USRX's bid is currently at $55 3/4 (i.e. $2 below what it is actually worth)! Am I missing something (besides money - at least on paper! - with my USRX's average share price of around $64.75?!!! This can be an interesting time to buy again, but with USRX nothing is predictable! It sure does not make sense what is happening with 3COM and USRX. I suppose only their earnings will tell and squeeze all the short sellers.... Regards, - Addi Jamshidi
