Hello wmf, I am new to this thread. I was not aware of the level of disatisfaction with LAM Etchers. However, I have heard from some reliable sources that AMAT's DPS Etchers are eating into Lam's market share which probably means that AMAT Etchers are better than Lam's. But now that these big semi manufacturers are focusing on 300 mm production, I am wondering if PMAT is positioned for the 200 mm to 300mm transition. Does anyone know where PMAT is with their 300 mm tools? Do they have any? If so, are they beta testing at any of their customer sites? How well is their 300 mm performing? I welcome any comments.
