I'm assuming the ABIT motherboard is AGP based. Do you think I could get away with using my existing fans, or will I need to buy new fans for the new CPU?

$99 for a new 400 Mhz sounds cheap, but I know prices for the lower end stuff on the tech curve usually fall dramatically. If you can call 400 Mhz lower end stuff:)
