a dilutive EPS impact may not be such a bad thing. Especially if it is going to move MSFT's internet properties to the next level. Tef: If they buy a company with 30% growth or better, they pay so much that the street knocks the stock down. If they buy a company with low growth that needs a "turnaround", the street knocks the stock down. (Remember "Compaq buys DEC?) CSCO buys startups that have not done an IPO, and it has worked like a charm for them. Softy has been doing the same. I would hate to see MSFT diversify.
