Info. on DACQ I received investor's package from DACQ so I thought I would post some info about the Company.
1. DACQ is indeed a shell holding company. 2. Based on their the 10-q in the package, they haven't had any income for the last two years shown. They had very mimimal expenses as well. It truly is a holding company IMHO. 3. They bought the Bolivian mining company worth $40M. They did it by issuing 20M shares of stock warrants to the family that owned the Bolivian company redeemable at $2 per share. 4. The mining company generates approx $2m in gross, and a net income of $77K (yes, that's thousand). 5. I'm not sure how the stock rose to $9 the last 52 weeks. I couldn't get my quote server to work today...can someone post the history of the price..ie. when did it reach the $9. The Bolivan mine purchase was done around Oct. 95. Maybe there is a relationship somehow?? 6. They need $$$$ now to expand the Bolivian mining co. THey need a total of around $8M. $500K will get them started on new digs, but they also want to upgrade, etc, with the $8M. 7. The sellers of the Bolivian mining company weren't very happy for obvious reasons when they saw the share prices decline down to the pennies, yet they were hodling on to a $2 warrants. So, to appease them,. DACQ issued additional 1m shares or so reedemable warrants at $38. 8. They hired a public relations co. to market the stock to get the prices up again. 9. The rep from one of the companies told me a major news will comeout this Monday or Tuesday. THis is the reason, in my opion, all of the activities recently. 10. It sounds like DACQ is very close to securing the capital for the mining expansion. I think this may be the actual news =everyone is hyping about on AOL. 11. Once they are able to secure the capital, they think the mine will generate $12M in revenues. Currently the tin goes for around $3.XX per ton....DACQ thinks the mine will be profitable even if the price drops to $2.xx per ton. SO, if they can expanding the operatins, and generate more tin I guess, IMHO, it would be very profitable. 12. There are around 20M shares floating, and 50M shares in total. FIgure out the relative value of your holdings.
13. I'm tire of those always hyping the stock withou posting factual info which I'm sure the same ones have but for somereason they aren't sharing. Everything I got from the co. is not anything new.
14. In my opinon, if they get the loan, and expand, and produce more tin, this company is heading somewhere. How much the would the stock be really worth....I wouldn't know. But, in my opinion, there is shortterm profiting opportunity next week if the news get out, then I would hold onto a few shares for the longterm to see what happens. |
