Umesh, these are the type of questions I was hoping the analysts would have asked in the conf call....unfortunately...they were all a bunch of bean counters and were over focused on the financials of last quarter. You seem to know about LAM and AMAT...how are they doing in the 300mm arena.....plus do they have CVD and PVD tools for the 300mm....300mm etch tools are useless with out numerous other 300mm process tools. Plus do you think the industry will go to .25u or 300mm first?? From what I have heard PMAT etchers in production have demonstrated better yeilds at .25 than AMAT etchers....10% better. dave
