Interesting low-priced stock hitting the radar screen. VRDE (Veridien), OTC-BB, currently $0.17. Lots of volume coming in the last few days, stock has been inching up a penny at a time. Lots of news recently released, so obviously they make an effort to promote the company. Spoke with the company recently, and I got the impression that there's a whole lot more to come very shortly. Adding to my gut feel is that the company recently filed their 10SB on 3/12/99 with the SEC, so they are now a reporting company. Companies typically seem to do this when they're ready to jump from development stage to operating company (otherwise they just keep putting it off as long as they can until they have something to report).
