But isn't what you are talking about the stuff that hooks the servers together? Don't you still need servers with Intel's microprocessors and somebody's operating system etc.

I guess my question remains. Is Intel going to get into the server business or will they bid out that part of the project to one supplier, as they do semi-equipment for example? (I recognize that Intel has not communicated anything about this yet.)

I do think this is exiting and given the speed that Intel anticipates growth in e-commerce, it makes sense. But, as usual, the devil is in the details.
