Tree Saver:

You can try this:

First, you'll need to get a new printer on your system. Click printer(s) and look for 'Add New Printer', The Wizard guides you through the process. The manufacturer you want is 'Generic' and the model is 'Text Printer', which you'll install from 'Printers' in 'Control Panel' using Win98 disk.

I may not have the EXACT wording correct, but just follow the ideas and you'll get the results you're looking for.

When you get a chance to select a port, choose 'Print to File', since I think that's what you want to do anyway.

Once you have this printer driver loaded, just print to it and see if you get what you want.

Hope this helps (and works), PW.

P.S. Crass solicitation:

If anyone has been helped by my suggestions over the last little while and wishes to return some kindness, I have an idea for you. This week, the Cancer Society is raising funds through a 'Ladies Ride for Cancer' and volunteers will be seeking sponsorships for their ride. Please support riders who seek your support. It goes to a good cause, and you'll feel better for it yourself.
