Get out the paddles and all stand clear! Hopefully the jolt on May 1 is enough. I don't think ttrif can take a second one. I agree with Zeev, I would like to see a plant running at full capacity. With everything we have heard, this is not an impossibility. In fact, with new leadership in place, IMO, it's just a few contracts for the waste stream. TTRIF has never tried to implement the plant. IMO Rene found it too easy to make money the old fashion way. He duped us!
