Hi E!

It looks like we have found some support at 6. I would expect a short term move up from here to 8 if earnings are good. Earnings will be released on May 4, 5 or 6.

I got their annual report in the mail yesterday. I see your buddy Monty holds 13% (988,628 shares) of the company. He is also getting 225K a year in retirement from the company until July 2001 when it will drop to 129K through the year 2014. Must be nice. I need to take some time to pick through the annual report.

SOX in the dumps today.

LSI didn't blow through 38 yesterday. I think LSI will be a 30-38 trading range for a while. I think it needs to spend a little time there before resuming the move up. There is still that gap at 30 to be filled but as you have said it may not get filled.

Great timing on their release of earnings... In the future I will time the market dips based on their report date.<g> Otherwise everything appears to be falling into place for LSI.

Now that the IRA season has passed there will be less new money coming into the market. Combine that with the ending of earnings season, I think we will see a short term correction in the next month. Last Monday was just a shot across the bow. I am trying to raise cash at this point. Long term everything looks okay but who really knows.

Take care and have a nice weekend.

Jim
