[Interesting 3COM Presentation] Pat, Thanks for the 3COM Presentation URL. I kept thinking through the presentation..who is the audience?...why would this be posted?...the conclusions..help me? The presentation was made in a competitive vaccum. I seriously believe it is intended to mislead 3Coms intentions. * The battle for customers is at the RBOC level ..hence all the ADSL trials...do you seriously believe RBOC's are going to recommend ISDN.. with all it issues..and low bandwidth as an interim solution with the advent of telcom deregulation...be serious. ISDN is dead. The cable companies or AT&T recent fixed wirless solution would be "head & tails" above ISDN..why give your competition the chance to grab your customer base..for local & long distance...no sense. * 56K is a temporary solution...heck if they thought ISDN is the winner..why by USRX? I wonder why is was posted...interesting..but not 3COM/USRX's game plan. Others..what are your thoughts. Regards, Bob
