Brian, thanks for posting the Backdoor_Hilly post from Yahoo. I'm glad to see someone else thought the flurry of class actions in one day was more than coincidence. I even noticed they used much of the same language. Usually it takes a while for a shareholder to contact a lawyer (aren't they usually busy), get an appointment, and for the lawyer to do some checking and have an assistant write up something and get it filed. In this case, it was all ready.

Besides, the Bloomberg article was not accurate. Another article implied that the 3 for 1 reverse split came at the same time as the Hong Kong news and helped drive the price up. How wrong can they be! I'm sure you remember the painful slide after the reverse split.

I don't have time to answer all of the Pink fans (Mama Bear, Auric and some others I never heard of). I guess they'll claim they all made big money on this even though we all know they came late to the party. They're probably posting on the short threads already about their great victories.

I think Afaq has a good case for a lawsuit against Auric for claiming he was a "paid hypster". I notice they mention my name a lot, but I probably posted two days in a month about FIBR. Just proves they haven't been following this. Someone noticed the news and alerted the others and they all came flying in like vultures. They are to be pitied. They have no lives and only look for apparent dying companies to pick up little pieces of rotten leftovers from the bones. Last time Auric claimed to short at about $7 a few months ago the dying company got new life and bit the heck out him. Now he's back for more. Just pity them. Mama Bear - what a pathetic old woman with no life but to post on short chat lines all day! Pity her!

I'm not happy with Par for many things, but look what he's had to deal with. I was fortunate to sell in stages and average $18. Guess I figured it had been too quiet and suspected something was up. Hope the truth comes out some day. May be a good time to get back on this cat of 7 lives!
