Sorry again, brees. To momentarily break form, the old lines are war is hell, and the first casualty is truth. But the Yugoslav war has been going on for quite some time, if you listen to the Serbs it's been a thousand years or something. I would be a little more conservative and put the start 9-10 years ago when Bosnia heated up and Kosovo autonomy was revoked. Most hardcore geopoliticians thought Yugoslavia was in trouble as soon as Tito left the stage, though. To return to normal form, the wiser heads here can surely explain how, when viewed through a certain lens, it's all Clinton's fault.
