taxman, what do think of the AT&T offer. My feeling is that we have a bidding war on our hands for Media One. That is why I bought shares and some options. I think that big deal Microsoft was planning is here - they are going to help Comcast buy Media One.---and get lots of concessions from Comcast in the process.
