James: I am new to this thread and to the stock. OK 1. GE does billions in volume so a 100million judgement is not going to be a big deal for the press. Anyone remember the 23million some so guy got for the windshield wiper patent 20 years after Ford started using it? Ford still using it and the guy didn't start a new company. IMHO kind of the same thing here. 2. Health care is not spending alot on fixed assets these days so FONR may not have any place to go. Now that you have your MRI scanner, why do you need another one at $800,000? 3. If insurance is not going to reimbruse you because your machine does not meet their requirements who is going to ask for the test at 1,000-1,500 a pop. I know because I have had 2 of them. With-out insurance they don't happen. 4. This will one may be a long wait. Now, what are your thoughts? Thanks and have a good week.
