NEW YORK, April 15 (Reuters) - Warburg Dillon Read said Thursday that it started coverage of Microsoft Corp with a buy rating.
-- Price target is $110/shr in 12 months

-- Company outlook supported by strong overall personal computer demand with 14 pct PC unit growth forecasted for 1999

-- New product releases over next 12-18 months including Office 2000, Windows 98 Second Edition offer potential for revenue growth.

-- 1999 fiscal year EPS estimated at $1.34, 2000 fy seen at $1.53, 2001 estimate is $1.80.
