Ellen I called the company this morning. They are awaiting final certification from the FCC. As Rob says nothing is done until you see it written in a press release as being done but I am not anticipating any problem here. Sometimes things just take longer than we would all like them to as investors.

I know we all want a press release yesterday. It will happen when it happens. As far as financing goes EVDS is exploring several options. I do not have the details and I did not ask. One thing I know from my own dealings with this company is that Jim Crehan and the other corporate officers are all large shareholders. As large shareholders themselves whatever kind of financing might be necessary would be done in such a fashion as to benefit us all if at all possible.

In other words, no debenture.
