Don,
I don't follow ARB. I don't like the majority shareholder, nor can I understand what the cashflows are. PZN is either worth $10 or $30 depending on the politics. If they don't lose any of the contracts, it is easily worth $30 in my mind. I have no idea how secure the current contracts are, so...

George,
Good to hear from you. Rainwaters group is growing FFO very well at REA and if they hit $1.87 this year, then the stock should be trading 15-18 by then. I think AIC will have a 10-12 FFO multiple which should price it above 15 by the end of the year. GTA and TEE are suffering from the perception that golf is totally flat. They seem to have courses that can get 3-6% more each year, returning a leveraged 9%+. FGCI was one of the leaders and is a fallen angel now. There seems to be a lot of building going on with golf courses. I like the potential of many boomers picking up the game in the next few years, and many playing more rounds. If Duval keeps dominating, or if Tiger gets rolling again, then golf can score with the younger generations also. GTA has many courses attached to resorts, so there was fear that the Asian Flu would effect them, but this didn't happen much. Both of these REITs are solid long term investments, especially under $23 in my view.
Richard
