I agree with this post. I bought more shares this morning. The lawsuit being announced so quickly, this whole things seems like a set up to drive the price down with massive short selling. At some point they will start to buy back those shares slowly but surely so as not to drive the price up too quick. Then a news article will probably come out with some unexpected positive news and this thing will pop as they drive the price back up.
