If you look a my previous posts, this is about what I expected. Maybe you were hoping for a 10 banger here, but ALU is a value play. Right now the company is the same distribution company it was when it was trading for $8 to $11 a share with a new oem line that has huge margins. They'll get at least $4 cash per share and still own a stake in the internet company. I would not be surprised to see a one time cash dividend of $3 or more in the near future. When the FC IPOs, it'll be more free money. This was the scenario the CFO detailed to me over a month and it seems to be playing out just as we discussed. Today's action is the bailing of the net frenzy players who hoped for another EGRP or EBAY. Before you buy a stock, do a little DD and save yourself some grief.
