Good. Let get the pump started. This stock is no life for a while. BTW, 2 million perfered shares if converted will be additional 20 million shares GSIC common. If item 4 in your post is what Kyle told you (2 million perfered -> 2 million common), he is telling the wrong info. Go to GSIC web site, you will find out that one perfered share can be converted to 10 shares common. BL
