On the preferred shares: Until may 1, holders of these shares can take one preferred and convert them into ten as long as they pay one dollar to do so. Who would ever do this? That is exactly the market value of gsic today. After may 1, the preferred shares can be converted on a one for one basis. Also, a correction on my report: whereas the new looking web site may very well be up and running in a matter of weeks, the ordering capability addition to the web site is still some time off. I initially misunderstood, but spoke to kyle again about this issue.
