How do you figure this move chases UMG away. It looks like they want to come closer. NO? Also how does this put their cable strategy at risk. I agree with you that they should tone down a little bit because they are becoming like a msft. But bottom line is since msft has been under fire by congress their stock has doubled. T's stock hasn't moved like msft and maybe its time has come.
