Hi Jeff, Looks like the cat is out of the bag. . . You know me. . . I prefer preferreds. TUNEP at 14.50 was outrageous. We all have Shiloh Cat to thank for slapping me over the head last month on the TPEGrs. After many hours of pouring thru Edgars, I decided to go more long than near-term. Company has long history of treating shareholders well. If you caught pfds before the 16th, you will get a dividend of a dime next week. Not many internet holding companies that are paying dividends BEFORE they even get started with their buying spree. Also, I liked the experience and expertise of the directors. . .not wannabes, but heavily awarded producer/directors for film and TV. The "next big thing" is full-motion internet. 2 + 2 = ?
