JD: I had a similar problem getting my assets from Edward Jones. They did the same darned thing...kept "forgetting" to transfer about 300k in mutual funds with everything else. We ended up contacting the NASD and then they contacted the NYSE for us. both were very helpful. We are now looking at litigation...it should not have taken 8 weeks for that.
