IPO FACTS FOR NAVR, S1 FILED 3/3/99. sec MUST respond within 30 DAYS,that's 4/3/99. The sec response again, MUST be within the 30 day period. TYPICAL time from end of 30 day period to S-1A is 2-3 weeks Earnings delay? only my opinion Next week? my best estimate If there was some type of a delay or postponement by NAVR we would see a press release DC
