You need to separate yourself from the principles. They have a lot of options in order to take care of themselves and not the rest of the shareholders. As for the increase in shares out, all I can say is, not good. As for the time factor, every day that goes by is not good. You can spin it any way you want, but it is vital that "hear say" from phone calls click with press releases. Any trip-up looks bad. As for the delay being financing, if the idea and/or products were so great then the money would be available at good terms. Any delay on this front says the opposite.
