Dave, are you suggesting a MEDI buyout of BTRN at $4.50 would be welcomed--and approved by BTRN board. Where did you get this figure? Has it been a speculation of analysts? I would hope the prospects of BTRN are far greater than such a low value. Anyway MEDI has the stock currency to do a deal without a market murmur I would think. best of luck.....Bill
