David - I concur w/ your thoughts; however, who, or in what way is the SEC's response required/supposed to occur. My understanding is that the SEC notifies the company who then would likely do a press release - is that your understanding. By the way, I don't know if I said so to you but I did well in the first phase of trading KLOC. I hope to be done with NAVR B4 KLOC runs again, so I can get back with some NAVR money.
