acquisition as announced in the news release of April 5, 1999, the board of
directors of Sinaloa Gold Corp., have approved a resolution to change the name
of the company to Online Innovation, Inc. The company obtained consent to the
name change from a majority of it's shareholders. The company is also in the
process of obtaining a new Cusip No. from Standard and Poors and trading
symbol from the NASD. Furthermore, the company has also instructed it's
transfer agent to prepare new share certificates under the new company name.
