Milosevic is probably a bad man (no argument there). I just don't think we can bomb a nation into submission because of one man; look at Iraq.

Regarding Hungary, they have to live beside Serbia forever so it's understandable they don't want a ground invasion starting from hungary. Also they have some ill-tempered Russians to the north and there are 350,000 Hungarians in Novi Sad. Some pretty good reasons don't you think ?
