Paul: no news from the potential IOMEGA/IBM deal other to say that IOMEGA shipped drives to OEM's in December and that Kim Edwards said OEM's generally take six months to test the products. Six months arrives this June, 1996. I expect an announcement will certainly be made before the end of the summer. Until then, it is just a rumour for now -- but a damn good one.

I also suspect it is possible IOMEGA is waiting for the split to announce any deal -- remember IOEMGA said they were splitting to make the shares afordable to their employees. Announcing a deal now would drive the price up -- not in keeping with making the share price afordable to their employees.

I see things in this order: the split, the next 5 million share offering and then news of an OEM agreement (or more).

Regards,

Erik.
