Management will continue to lock up their shares and an
announcement will be released shortly. It also appears that there are no other 144 shares outstanding.

One last question: What is the date the voluntary lockup of management
shares ends and are they going to do another lock up to prevent the price
from plummeting? If management starts to sell 16 million shares in the near
future the share price will be devastated without MAJOR financial progress
