Dexx, I spoke with CEO Jamie Copland this morning. Told him I was concerned about the additional shares, he said the shares would only be used for growing the company. He was very firm on this point. I asked him if issuing shares to insiders would be considered "growing the company" and he said absolutely NOT! They will only be used to help the company.

I asked him how many shares he owned and he said he owned about 18 million shares. He also said he was very interested in increasing shareholder value. I guess that would be obvious if you owned 18 million shares!

He also said that their fiscal year is up and the end of this month and he said it would be "better than last year".

They are also looking forward to the show in May and believe it will bring good things. BTW, I completely agree on the lower priced controllers, why spend $100 on a game and then spend $80 on a controller? Makes much more sense to me to spend $50 instead. Also, as you know, many new products will be debuted at the show!

Quick rundown of my impression is; I would not want to have him as a competitor in business. He is definitely a leader and he is bringing the company out of the hole.

IC, long SCTU and bought more after my conversation with Mr. Copland. (602-368-9490)
