This is the second time I've seen an American banker article on Billserv.com Mr. Jones states that BLLS is talking with Transpoint about similar arrangement as CKFR. They might as well cover all the bases, and get a piece of all the big boys. It's also nice to see them talking with Big Blue about running the portal. They must be fairly confident about having the financing closed if they plan on spending millions to advertise the portal. I really like the way this company is shaping up.
