DWLIMA - It's obvious you didn't do your DD. If you read the earnings release you will see that DEMP earned more money in the recent qtr then last years qtr when you back out income from extraordinary items from last years earnings. Thus, last years qtr was a loss of .05 compared to a gain of .04 in the current qtr when looking at earnings form continuing operations. In my book, that is a growing company. Also, the internet can only help at this point. Next time you take so long to do your DD and the stock is up 45% maybe it's not such a bargain. Best of luck to you.
