Bill, Mr. Softee definitely has something up its sleeve (as usual). Bill's not hoarding that 21B so he can count it at night; he's got a target in his sights. My bet is on a broadband acquisition; it's the piece of the puzzle that could put msft right in the middle of high (make that higher) valuation territory. Frank
