IPOs: The quite period effect does seem to move around a little bit. I am seeing a beginning rise earlier than before. But with the market so choppy this last week it has made everyone nervous. I am planning on next week being a very bullish week for some of the recent IPOs that will be coming up on the end of the quite period. I like PLXT and CLAI in this group. Should see some nice moves from this level starting on Monday. Steve Davis
