and markets easy-to-use, disposable tests to screen and diagnose health
conditions with accuracy comparable to physician office and laboratory
instrumented tests.

Included at the Chemtrak web site is information about all ChemTrak products
including the CholesTrak Cholesterol Self Test, the ChemTrak Aware HIV Self Test
System, and ChemTrak's Helicobacter pylori Test. The site also includes updated
ChemTrak financial statements, recent press releases, and corporate
backgroundinformation.

Currently, the CholesTrak Home Cholesterol Test is approved by the U.S. Food
and Drug Administration (FDA) and is available internationally in most retail
pharmacies and mass merchandise outlets in the U.S. ChemTrak has also received
FDA marketing clearance for its single-use, whole blood, physician's office test
for H. pylori, the bacterium now recognized as a contributor to duodenal and
peptic ulcers in humans. The company's home HIV test is pending FDA approval in
the U.S.
