I think they will do convertion before May 1. Then they will have a string of news releases to pump the stock to 20 - 30 cents and dump their shares. They then can give them more perfered shares after they unload all their common shares. 48 million more convertable perfered shares to be issued as stated in their website. The trick is to sell after the pump really started but before they dump their shares. We should have a window of opportunite. BL
